Dry Aged Beef & Steak

Beef remains the classic favourite Sunday Roast and we know that our beef is of the very highest standard, dry aged on the bone for 28 days. This makes it more tender and flavourful than what you can typically buy in a supermarket. The reason for this is that ageing allows natural enzymes to breakdown the hard connective tissue in the meat allowing water to evaporate away, concentrating and intensifying the flavour.
